SHIPPING POLICY
Fuego Lights is proud to ship anywhere in the US. You may be limited in receiving tobacco products in your state via mail, so please check your state’s laws about importing cigars.

We ship our products via USPS. Items must be shipped to a valid address and a valid signature may be required. These terms and conditions of sale and the transactions contemplated thereby are governed solely by the laws of the State of Florida, and any and all claims arising from the sale and related thereto must be brought and finally resolved solely in the courts of the State of Florida. By placing an order, you agree to all terms and conditions.

RETURN POLICY
All merchandise shipped by fuegolights.com’s warehouse leaves in perfect condition and ALL purchases are FINAL SALE. In the unlikely event that you should receive a damaged item, you must contact us by email within 24-hours of receiving your shipment.  Replacement requests made after this time frame are at the discretion of Fuego Lights and may be rejected. Contact us throughout ‘Contact us’ page with the subject line stating ‘replacement request’. You will need to provide clear and definitive photographic evidence of the damaged product.  In response all legitimate claims will be replaced by fuegolights.com.

Changes to Terms
Fuegolights.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which www.fuegolights.com is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. Fuegolights.com encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.
